I will never pass up a good article of clothing.

I don’t care how I acquire it: thrift stores, super sales, the expensive boutique, or one of my favorites- hand me downs.  HMD are definitely not beneath me.  It is basically how I had anything to wear in college.  I welcomed my mom’s and the owner of the boutique I worked at HMD with open arms and a huge smile on my face.  Does that sound bit desperate?  It’s a stereotype I am willing to take since the benefits are so plentiful.

I ESPECIALLY welcome previously used clothing when there is St. John on the inside tag.  A size large?  No problem!  I. will. make. it. work. This St. John knit was my nana’s so it is extra special to me.  I let the high quality of the top speak for itself and kept it simple, pairing the top with edgy accessories and a red lip to modernize the outfit a bit.
