Three Things Thankful
It’s the never-ending summer around here. I’m almost positive the inside of our house hasn’t dipped below 80 degrees in months and I haven’t even attempted any pants that aren’t made of a lightweight fabric in just as long. I find that I keep buying sweaters to coax cooler weather upon us. No such luck.
Alas, for those of you suffering (yes, suffering!) like I am, here are the lemonades out of lemons for this week’s Three Things Thankful.

{The most delicious Mexican salad recipe. Use it as a relish to chicken, on top of quesedillas, or enjoy with just a fork. Seriously SO GOOD.}
{Toddler + little ponytail + watermelon bottoms. Okay, I guess summer can keep going.}
Your three things to be thankful for capture totally different, yet truly enjoyable, parts of life. My goal is to enjoy all three at once! I’m making that salad straight away.
